Tajine workshop


Moroccan cuisine is extremely exciting, full of fresh ingredients, delicately spiced with subtle blends of flavours and delicious to eat. But that is not all: it is also appealing to look at.

The Moroccan kitchen can be described as ‘the perfumed soul of Moroccan culture’, being a blend of Berber, African, Arabian and European influences.

During our stimulating workshop at Dar Albatros you’ll have the opportunity to prepare your own tajine in a traditional way with the support of an experienced Moroccan cook.
